Deposits

If you have deposit pieces, a table will be shown with the following columns:

• Reference of the piece, which is also a link to the piece’s file
• Description of the piece
• Date of the finalisation of the deposit
• Number of pieces in the deposit
• Unit price of the piece
• Total cost of the deposit

Two columns are also included in order to purchase or return the deposit.

If you wish to purchase the pieces from one or more deposits, click on their check boxes and check the values shown in the quantity fields. You can edit these values by inputting quantities above zero and less than or equal to the number in the deposit. Then click on “Purchase”. A purchase confirmation screen will appear next.

In the same way, if you wish to return the pieces from one or more deposits, click on their check boxes and check the values shown in the quantity fields. You can edit these values by inputting quantities above zero and less than or equal to the number in the deposit. Then click on “Return”. A deposit return confirmation screen will appear next.
